店員さんがとても親切で良かったです

初めての着物でしたが親切な対応して頂きとても助かりました。 着物を着て紅葉狩りができ、より楽しい時間が過ごせました！ また着物をレンタルしたい時は利用させて頂きたいと思います(^^) もう少し着物の組み合わせとか選べたら嬉しかったです。

Beautiful kimonos and wonderful service. They are fast and very kind. As an English speaker, would recommend using Google translate to help with communication because it was a bit confusing. Overall I loved my experience and felt absolutely beautiful all day. ??

息子の七五三と私の訪問着をお願いしました。 関東からなので前日に着物の下見を予約。事前に支払いもできるし、流れも確認できて安心＆気分も高まるのでよかったです。 当日は手早く着付けしていただきました。京都駅のタクシー乗り場側の立地も助かる…！ （訪問着も正絹にしてよかった…30代後半なので…??こどもは何着ても可愛いけどね！！！！）

京都旅行で母と利用させていただきました。とても丁寧に対応していただけました。ありがとうございました！
