This time, my experience at the kimono shop in Kanazawa was extremely bad! As soon as I entered the shop, I could clearly feel that the two staff members were particularly unprofessional. They had only a smattering of knowledge about kimono dressing. While helping us put on the kimonos, they were in a fluster and made quite a few small mistakes, which not only wasted our time but also spoiled our mood.
It was pouring rain outside and freezing cold, but they acted as if nothing was wrong and didn't remind us at all that such terrible weather was not suitable for going out in kimonos to take photos. They had absolutely no sense of service. Moreover, within the short two or three hours of renting the kimonos, they kept pushing various high-priced paid items. Whether it was styling the hair or adding a pair of thick socks, we had to pay extra, as if they were only focused on making money.
The most unacceptable thing was that renting two kimonos cost us a staggering 310,000 yen, which was nearly twice the price in Kyoto. However, the high price didn't bring us an equivalent service experience, and the overall experience was extremely poor. What's worse, the hair they styled was practically useless. It fell apart with just a gust of wind and couldn't hold the style at all. Is this the professional standard for kimono hairstyling?
In addition, I also noticed a suspicious point. When I browsed the online reviews of this shop, a lot of the content was repetitive. This couldn't help but make me suspect that the shop might have written those reviews themselves. So, don't trust their reviews too much. You really need to be cautious when choosing to consume here to avoid paying for a miserable and infuriating experience.
I sincerely suggest that if you want to take beautiful kimono photos, you'd better go to Kyoto. As for this shop in Kanazawa, avoid it if you can to save yourself from an unpleasant experience.
今回、金沢のこの着物屋さんでの体験は最悪だった！店に入った瞬間、店の二人の店員がとても不専門なことが一目瞭然だった。着物の着付け知識については一知半解で、私たちが着物を着るのを手伝う際に、慌てふためいて小さなミスをたくさん犯し、私たちの時間を浪費し、気分も害された。
外は大雨が降っており、寒さで身震いするほどだった。そんな悪天候にもかかわらず、彼らは何事もないように、この天気は着物を着て外に出て写真を撮るのに適していないことを知らせようとしなかった。サービス意?が全くない。また、着物を借りる二、三時間の間に、彼らは様々な高価な有料項目を売り込む。髪のスタイルを整えるだけでも、暖かい靴下を履くだけで也、すべてに追加料金がかかった。
最も受け入れられないのは、二つの着物を借りるとき、合計 31 万円もかかったことだ。これは京都の着物レンタル料金のほぼ二倍だった。しかし、高額な料金の後ろに、得られたの是極めて悪いサービス体験で、本当に価値がない。更に、彼らが整えた髪はまるで役に立たない。風一吹くとすべて散ってしまい、着物の髪型を作るのにおける専業的な水準とはほ度遠い。
さらに、私は一つの疑わしい点を見つけた。この店のインターネット上のレビューを閲覧したとき、多くの内容が繰り返して現れた。これは店が自分たちによってレビューを書いた可能性を疑わせる。だから、そのレビューをあまり信じないでください。ここで消費することを選択するとき、本当に慎重にならなければならない。金を払っても罪を受けるだけで、一日中不愉快になるからだ。
本真に皆さんにお勧めするのは、美しい着物の写真を撮キッキッj、京都に行くことです。金沢のこの店は、できるだけ避けて、不愉快な経?を避けるようにします。

Koshino is very attentive to my daughter's need. The staffs is friendly as well. There are soo many kimonos to choose. Very recommended!!!

Very friendly staff. They were so cute !! And they have many kimono options. Kanazawa views are also beautiful.. definitely must try if you visit to kanazawa
