?Yukata Dressing?
We took the selected yukata and entered the changing room. Two staff members started helping us dress. Even an outsider could see that their technique was rough, very casual, and sloppy. The yukata and obi were worn crookedly and not adjusted properly. The parts that should have been tucked in were not, and the knot at the back was not tied properly. My friend’s knot came undone shortly after leaving the store, just like if an outsider had dressed us. This was not my first time renting in Japan, and I never felt it was this bad.
?Hairstyling?
I paid extra to upgrade for a better hairstyle. After I left the store, my friend took a photo, and I realized that the hairstylist hadn’t even dealt with the obvious flat spot on the back of my head. This is a very basic and simple fix that I could do myself in less than 10 seconds. Why would a professional hairstylist miss this? Was it intentional? I paid for an additional service! The cost did not match the service received.

While we were changing in the changing room, the staff pulled the curtain open and hung it to the side before leaving. We were shocked, as we were only wearing bras and underwear, and the staff saw this. Why would they do this? What is wrong with this store? Do they not respect their customers?
