I rented a Kimono at VASARA and it was a pleasant experience! The service crew were super friendly and there were plenty of lovely Kimono designs to choose! The best place to rent a Kimono because you can take a stroll to nearby Honkanji temple and take some photos. I would highly recommend this studio when you are Kyoto!

店の雰囲気が良くて凄く良かったです。

We had such a lovely day dressing up and doing our hair, wearing the full traditional style silk Kimono. It was a very special experience and our photos looked beautiful thanks to the very friendly and thoughtful styling team at the shop. We decided to visit Bamboo Grove and the Tori gates / Inari Shrine destinations and the Vasara team definitely made a lasting memory for both myself and my mother.
