浴衣的體驗非常好❤️ 配件的搭配都是和店員一起挑出來的 謝謝她的耐心和溫柔，我度過了很棒的一天，也很喜歡整體的造型！ 店員的英文很好，所以不會講日文也不用太擔心 髮型弄得非常仔細，直到晚上回到飯店頭髮都沒有亂掉（非常持久！） 穿浴衣的時候也是細心又專業，覺得自己好幸運五月就能穿上漂亮浴衣? I had such a wonderful yukata experience! ❤️ The staff helped me pick out all the accessories, and I’m really grateful for her patience and kindness. I had an amazing day and absolutely loved the overall look! The staff speaks English very well, so don’t worry if you don’t speak Japanese. The hairstyling was done with great care—it lasted perfectly until I got back to the hotel at night (super long-lasting!). She was also very professional and attentive when dressing me in the yukata. I felt so lucky! ?

Don’t recommend for foreigners. Front desk poor service. In terms of costume variety and pricing, there is a good selection and reasonable prices. However, the front desk staff who interact with customers, especially foreign customers, lack service-mindedness. The service is poor and not suitable for a business that rents outfits. The staff who assist with dressing are quite decent, but the front desk staff are very poor. I had a very unpleasant experience renting from this shop, especially as a foreign customer. I do not recommend it.

Had a great experience. They had really nice options for kimonos, although if you wanted premium accessories you had to pay an extra fee. Took around 30- 40 minutes to get ready. Even though staff didn’t know much English, it was easy to communicate with a translator app.
